Thazin Nyein Kyaw is a dynamic, empowering, and accomplished educator and senior leader with over 15 years of experience in international education. She has a proven track record of delivering impactful training and managing global education programs across diverse corporate and nonprofit organisations. With her rich experience, she has dedicated her career to nurturing soft skills that transform lives and careers. Her journey is marked by a remarkable ability to deliver impactful training and lead global education initiatives across a spectrum of corporate and nonprofit organisations. Thazin's unwavering commitment to fostering growth and development inspires those around her to unlock their full potential and achieve greatness.
Having held a senior leader position at a scholarship program, Thazin understands the complexities of large-scale project management and brings a wealth of experience to the board. With her profound expertise in comparative education, program design, strategic planning, and project management, she crafts impactful scholarship initiatives that inspire and empower individuals to reach their full potential. Earlier in her journey, as Program Director at a progressive University, she ignited a wave of innovation by developing and delivering interdisciplinary courses that challenged and inspired students and young professionals to think beyond boundaries and embrace new possibilities.
As an empowering leader, her long-term goal is to expand educational opportunities for underserved and marginalised children, youth, and adults through experiential global education programs. She is a passionate advocate for social change, educational equality, and social justice in Myanmar, steadfastly upholding the values of diversity, inclusion, and equality, and actively supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals with disabilities.
Honey is a dedicated development professional with over six years of experience specialising in humanitarian and higher education initiatives for marginalised students. Her expertise spans project and program management, cross-sectoral coordination, and educational consulting.
She has successfully partnered with a diverse range of institutions, including international non-governmental organisations (INGOs), local community groups, and ASEAN-affiliated bodies. Honey's core commitment is to empower youth from marginalised communities and refugee camps by enhancing their access to quality, transformative education. Her dual background in social studies and disaster risk and resilience enables her to design and implement innovative, ethical, and community-driven solutions, particularly in developing and underdeveloped regions. She strives to bridge the critical gap between opportunity and access, delivering practical and sustainable outcomes for social challenges.
Academically, Honey holds a Master of Disaster Risk and Resilience from Lincoln University, New Zealand, and a Bachelor of Social Studies from the Myanmar Institute of Theology. She excels in multicultural environments and is a strong advocate for inclusive development practices.
Nay Lin Htet is a highly accomplished Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) Specialist with over 14 years of progressive experience driving evidence-based decision-making in the development and humanitarian sectors. His extensive work spans both emergency and long-term development contexts, covering a diverse range of thematic areas including Livelihoods, Health, Education, Social Cohesion, Inclusion, and MSME Development.
Nay Lin Htet specialises in the design and management of comprehensive MEL systems, data quality assurance, and the integration of evidence for program learning and adaptation. He has successfully supported large-scale, multi-partner initiatives funded by major international donors such as USAID and implemented through prominent organisations including SoCha LLC, DAI, the Institute of International Education (IIE), Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO), Relief International, and the International Rescue Committee (IRC).
He has in-depth technical skills in data visualisation (Power BI, Excel, SPSS), GIS and mapping (QGIS, Google Earth), and digital data collection systems (KoBo Toolbox, ODK, Microsoft Forms, Google Forms).
Throughout his career, he has consistently established robust, data-driven systems that significantly enhance accountability, efficiency, and strategic decision-making across complex global programs.
Anna is a marketing professional with over eight years of experience in the retail and e-commerce sectors of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. Her experience encompasses strategic roles with leading international entities, including Boots Ireland, ShopAppMM (Alibaba Group), Metro AG, and Foodpanda, alongside significant contributions to prominent Myanmar organisations such as City Mart Holding Limited and Pahtama Group.
She holds an MSc in Marketing Management from the University of Galway. Complementing her studies, she currently works on-site as a Generative AI Annotator at Meta, actively supporting advanced AI research and development.
In her role as an Educational Consultant, Anna draws on her global industry experience and academic background to help students make well-informed, strategic decisions about their future education and career trajectories.
